LETTER TO THE WATER reflects an artistic meditation about the water. It’s life’s giving and purifying power, as well as its destructive nature. It’s the primordial environment and fist contact in life. Considered sacred in religions but, in everyday life, misused. Can we recover this respect and care for the water and nature on our planet?
Not only our attitude but also our thoughts and vibrations affect the water and has power to transform it accordingly. The audience is invited to write a reflections, wishes and prayer for the water on our planet today.
An out door performance besides and on the lake in front of museum, uses symbolic images and actions. Sound, video and performer on the tiny draft carries visions, wishes and prayer to the water.

Sequência Cênicas was invited from the UR-NAT Festival in Ringkøbing/Denmark to participate with the LETTER FOR WATER. The International Program this year celebrates the 30th anniversary of the OM Theater and includes performances and outdoor concerts in parks, museums, churches and the lighthouse! With participants from Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, China, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, The Netherlands, Italy, Poland and Spain.
